Terms and Conditions

Code Compliance. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring their property meets all City compliance codes, including proper pool fencing, self‑latching gates, waste line requirements, and all safety measures. Pools must follow local regulations to maintain safe, legal, and code‑approved operation.

Payment for Services. Autopay is required for all active accounts. Services may be paused if a balance becomes past due, and late fees may apply. Partial months are prorated to ensure fair and accurate billing.

Service Pauses. Submerge, LLC may pause service for up to 4 weeks per year for holidays, vacation, or illness, with notice provided whenever possible. To maintain consistent and predictable billing, we include four non‑billed fifth weeks each year, which help balance any skipped service weeks throughout the year.

Communication. Submerge, LLC communicates through text, phone, or email, and all parties must keep their contact information current and respond promptly. Text and email serve as the primary methods for formal communication, ensuring fast, reliable updates and clear documentation for your account.

Access & Safety. Homeowners must secure pets and children and provide gate codes or access instructions when needed. Submerge, LLC is not liable for issues resulting from unsecured access. If entry is blocked, unsafe, or restricted, service may be skipped for that visit.

Weather Delays. Service may be limited, delayed, or rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions. Submerge, LLC prioritizes safety for both homeowners and technicians and will resume service as soon as conditions allow. Weather‑related adjustments help protect equipment, ensure accurate water treatment, and maintain safe working environments.

Chemicals: Basic chemicals are included and stocked with regular service. Specialty chemicals—such as algaecides, phosphate removers, and other advanced treatments—incur additional charges and are invoiced separately. This ensures your pool receives exactly what it needs for safe, balanced, and effective water care.

Repairs. Major repairs require customer approval before work begins. Repairs over $250 require a 50% deposit, while minor repairs under $50 may be completed as part of routine maintenance to keep your system running smoothly. This ensures transparency, timely care, and clear expectations for all repair services.

Filter Maintenance. Filters must be kept in good working condition to ensure proper circulation and water quality. DE and cartridge filters should be professionally cleaned every six months. An additional service charge applies for filter cleaning.

Plaster Disclaimer: Submerge, LLC is not responsible for plaster staining. Natural mineral content in the water may cause shading, discoloration, or surface variation over time. Maintaining proper water chemistry helps minimize these effects, but some staining is a normal part of pool ownership.
